Competenze

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and strategic Inside Sales Manager to lead and scale our inside sales function. This role is critical to PeoItaly’s growth strategy, responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing client relationships, and converting prospects into long-term partners. If you have a strong B2B sales background and a passion for HR services, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute inside sales strategies to generate new business opportunities.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads, understanding client needs in recruitment and HR services.
  • Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and data accuracy.
  • Conduct discovery calls and online meetings with potential clients, presenting PeoItaly’s solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns.
  • Provide market feedback and insights to support service development and client experience.
  • Monitor sales KPIs and prepare regular reports for leadership.
  • Mentor team members as the inside sales team grows.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in B2B services or the HR / recruitment sector.
  • Strong understanding of the HR services landscape in Italy and / or internationally.
  • Excellent communication and consultative selling skills, fluent in Italian and English.
  • Results-driven, with a proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation tools.
  • A natural team player who loves solving client problems and closing deals.
