To strengthen our teams and development we are looking for an Inside Sales representative (F/M) who will be working for our subsidiary in Italy.

You will be a key contributor to the success of our sales team and customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of a sales team, reporting to the Sales Manager or BU Director, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Proceed requests for quotations and prepare sales offers autonomously, in compliance with established rules and in active communication with sales. Follow up offers tightly to build pipeline and close sales.
  • Process orders in our SAP system and follow them up.
  • Proceed customer orders fulfillment process on a daily basis to satisfy maximum customer’s demands.
  • Achieve defined KPI with expected commercial performance.
  • Coordinate between the various actors: customers, suppliers, forwarders, sales, other support teams in an international context.
  • Build up excellent customer relationship with defined customers’ portfolio.
  • Create and maintain favorable conditions for business development.
  • Update CRM system for customer information and help for prospection.
  • Occasional business trips to visit customers or other commercial related events.
  • Accomplish department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
  • Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in sales
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a technical field and/or distribution segment is required
  • You are fluent in English and Italian (oral and written required)
  • Knowing the ERP SAP is a plus
  • Your listening skills are great (towards customers, colleagues), you are empathetic
  • You have excellent personal and sales skills
  • You like all technical aspects
  • You know how to work autonomously and as part of a small team
  • You are able to deal with cross-functional and international relations, in a multicultural company
  • You are reactive and know how to find relevant solutions
  • You are also proactive, determined and persevering, with good interpersonal skills and team spirit
  • You can handle several projects while managing priorities
  • You like communication and customer relations
