Avnet is seeking an Inside Sales support role in Modena, Italy, offering exposure to a dynamic team and hands-on experience with customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings. The role focuses on developing sales skills, handling RFQs, and ensuring timely order processing.

You will work under supervision with detailed guidance and opportunities for formal training to grow your sales capabilities. Flexible home working is available as part of a supportive team environment.

Mansioni

• Manage customer backlog and monitor order status to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
• Support sales activities by preparing and following up on RFQs and quotations.
• Coordinate logistics activities to ensure smooth order processing and delivery to customers.
• Promptly and accurately respond to customer information requests.
• Follows up on sales activities from initial contact to order fulfilment.
• Support customer requirements for inventories, delivery lead times and prices.
