As market leaders in the consumer and SMB networking space TP-LINK ITALY S.R.L is looking for a driven, dynamic and ambitious professional to further enhance the sales team.
As Inside Sales Account Manager (ISAM) you will be responsible for achieving quarterly and annual goals by a designated account set of partners. You will build direct relationships with channel partners to maximize Tp-Link penetration and opportunities on your territory. You will manage all aspects of sales helping customers maximizing their revenue.
This position potentially represents the first step towards an extremely interesting professional future in the world of Information and Technology. The ISAM role is training for roles such as Account or Area Manager, Product Manager or Business Development, up to managerial positions such as Sales or Commercial Director, CIO, CTO or CEO in the IT sector.
The individual enjoys selling, is achievement-oriented and believes in performance rewards for exceeding annual / quarterly sales goals through strong collaboration with partners and internal stakeholders. He / She will work within the TP-LINK Smb / Enterprise Team together with the other team members to help to develop the business.
The ideal candidate is success-driven, fast-paced, and works well in a diverse team and enjoys a dynamic and changing environment. A background in market product and technical trend, networking technical knowledge and solutions is an added Value.
You possess strong business acumen and can effectively value proposition to your customer base. Most importantly you have the ability to engage in active listening, to identify pain points- both current and future, and propose solutions to improve their process.
You are willing to learn and continuously develop yourself in a fast growing team that can help you to help you emerging in a market always looking for new talents.
You thrive in a team environment and enjoy sharing ideas and best practices.
You will build experience using digital selling tools
This will allow the successful candidate to make a significant impact and truly play a part in the development and success of the TP-LINK business moving forwards.
