About the role

Entry-level inside sales professional with sales performance goals. Responsible for supporting inside sales activities and ensuring the effective completion of the discipline's functions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with sales representatives to understand sales and administrative processes.
  • Respond to customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
  • Handle first-level customer calls.
  • Manage activities related to contractual exchanges of products and services.
  • Sell products and services via phone or online orders, meeting quotas and productivity targets.
  • Assist with proposal generation and manage agreement renewals and product upgrades for assigned accounts.
  • Generate leads by calling potential customers and handle third-party component sales.
  • Respond to routine sales inquiries from sales engineers, reps, or managers.
  • Sell products and services to commercial clients; demonstrate products; prepare sales forms and paperwork.

Requirements

Minimum qualifications include:

  • A university degree or equivalent with theoretical knowledge.
  • Limited knowledge of Carrier organization.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in back-office roles.
