About the role

Entry-level inside sales professional with sales performance goals. Responsible for completing inside sales support activities and ensuring the discipline's functions are carried out effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate closely with sales representatives to understand sales and administrative processes.
  • Respond to customer concerns and problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Answer first-level customer calls.
  • Manage all activities related to the contractual exchange of products and services with customer organizations.
  • Sell products and services via phone or online orders, meeting quotas and productivity targets.
  • Assist with proposal generation, manage agreement renewals, and oversee product upgrades for assigned accounts.
  • Generate leads by contacting potential customers and handle third-party component sales.
  • Respond to routine sales inquiries from sales engineers, representatives, or managers.
  • Sell products and/or services to commercial clients; demonstrate products; prepare sales forms and paperwork.

Requirements

  • Theoretical knowledge obtained through a University degree.
  • Limited knowledge of Carrier organization.

  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in back-office roles.
