About the role

Entry-level inside sales professional with sales performance goals. Responsible for inside sales support and ensuring the discipline's functions are completed effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Collaborate closely with sales representatives to understand sales and administrative processes.
  2. Respond to customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
  3. Handle first-level customer calls.
  4. Manage activities related to contractual exchanges of products and services.
  5. Sell products and services via phone or online orders, meeting quotas and productivity targets.
  6. Assist with proposal generation, manage agreement renewals, and oversee product upgrades for assigned accounts.
  7. Generate leads by contacting potential customers and handle third-party component sales.
  8. Respond to routine sales leads from engineers, reps, or managers.
  9. Sell products/services to commercial clients, demonstrate products, and prepare sales documentation.

Minimum Requirements :

  • University degree or equivalent, with theoretical knowledge.
  • Limited knowledge of Carrier organization.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant back-office experience.
