About The Role

This entry-level inside sales position involves supporting sales activities and achieving performance goals. The role includes completing inside sales support functions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with sales representatives to understand sales and administrative processes.
  • Respond to customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
  • Handle first-level customer calls.
  • Manage activities related to contractual exchanges of products and services.
  • Selling products and services via phone or online orders, with quotas or productivity targets.
  • Assist in proposal generation and manage account renewals and upgrades.
  • Generate leads through outbound calls and handle third-party component sales.
  • Respond to sales leads from engineers, reps, or managers.
  • Demonstrate products, prepare sales forms, and perform sales activities for commercial clients.

Requirements

Minimum qualifications:

  • University degree or equivalent.
  • Some knowledge of Carrier organization is a plus.
  • At least 2-3 years relevant experience in back-office roles.
