About the role

An entry-level inside sales professional with sales performance goals. Responsible for completing inside sales support and ensuring the discipline's functions are completed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with sales representatives to understand sales and administrative processes.
  • Respond to customer concerns and problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Answer first-level customer calls.
  • Perform activities related to contractual exchange of products and services with customers.
  • Sell products and services via phone or online orders, meeting quotas and productivity needs.
  • Assist with proposal generation, manage agreement renewals and product upgrades for assigned accounts.
  • Generate leads by contacting potential customers and handle third-party component sales.
  • Respond to routine sales leads from sales engineers, reps, or managers.
  • Sell products and services to commercial clients; demonstrate products; prepare sales forms and paperwork.
Requirements

Minimum qualifications include:

  • A university degree or equivalent.
  • Some knowledge of the Carrier organization.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in back-office roles.
