Description

EnginSoft Simulation Software Italia Srl, leader in Italy in providing solutions in the field of Simulation Based Engineering Science (SBES) and an Ansys Apex Channel Partner, is urgently seeking an Inside Sales professional to join our team. Our mission is to support industrial companies in innovation through numerical simulation tools from Ansys.

Within the Sales Team, the candidate will contribute to the commercial development of our customer base, working across various sales channels and product lines. The role involves active and strategic prospecting of new clients through cold calling and social platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new clients through cold calling activities, understanding their needs and aligning our value proposition;
  • Guide clients towards specific services and promote dedicated products and campaigns;
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other company departments (Technical team, Marketing) for customer management;
  • Enter and manage customer data in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Degree;
  • Strong motivation to achieve targets;
  • Excellent communication skills and results-oriented mindset;
  • Good command of the English language, both written and spoken;
  • Proficiency in Office Suite and familiarity with IT systems;
  • Excellent time management skills;
  • Curiosity and high energy;
  • Strong teamworking attitude;
  • Previous experience in a software development company will be considered a plus.
