    Responsibilities

    • Manage customer portfolio to maintain, grow, and generate revenue.
    • Develop new customers in the assigned geographical area.
    • Follow up on leads from marketing actions to create opportunities and generate business.
    • Build and leverage relationships with channel partners and the market.
    • Coordinate with Eaton’s MOEM organization for business development and growth.
    • Follow up on quotes until purchase orders are received.
    • Understand customer business deeply to promote suitable products and services, maximizing sales potential.
    • Establish professional contacts with customers.
    • Collaborate across Eaton departments to enhance sales, product, and marketing knowledge.
    • Hold regular meetings with sales and channel managers to verify forecasts and progress.
    • Own customer relationships and tasks, including contract renewals and technical sales.
    • Detect and escalate data issues responsibly.
    • Manage CRM accurately.

    Qualifications

    • 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in electrical, IT, or telecommunications sectors.
    • Technical sales mindset and analytical skills.
    • Knowledge of market, industry, channels, and competitors.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Teamwork, networking, and continuous learning abilities.
    • Adaptability and process improvement skills.
    • Experience managing sales funnels with CRM tools and reporting.
    • English language skills are advantageous.
