Role : Inside Channel Sales Account Manager

Role Overview :

Our mission is to safeguard people, devices, and data everywhere. We are seeking a dynamic Internal Channel Sales Representative to contribute to our rapidly growing business in Italy.

You will act as a key team member supporting channel partners and Fortinet's account managers in the Italian market, enabling strong partner engagement and regional sales growth.

As an Inside Channel Sales Account Manager, you will :

  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Channel Partners to support sales initiatives and partner relationships.
  • Follow up on leads and assist in qualifying potential customer opportunities.
  • Help prepare sales quotes, renewals, and product information for customers and partners.
  • Assist in organizing calls, demos, and meetings with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Participate in ongoing learning to gain knowledge of Fortinet's products and services.
  • Contribute to basic marketing campaigns and partner-focused initiatives.
