Role: Inside Channel Sales Account Manager

Role Overview:

We are currently seeking a dynamic Internal Channel Sales Representative to contribute to the success of our rapidly growing business in Italy.

You would act as a key team member supporting channel partners and Fortinet’s account managers in the Italian market, enabling strong partner engagement and contributing to regional sales growth.

As an Inside Channel Sales Account Manager, you will:

  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Channel Partners to support sales initiatives and partner relationships
  • Follow up on leads and assist in qualifying potential customer opportunities
  • Help prepare sales quotes, renewals, and product information for customers and partners
  • Assist in organizing calls, demos, and meetings with customers
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity using CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Participate in ongoing learning and development to gain knowledge of Fortinet’s products and services
  • Contribute to basic marketing campaigns and partner-focused initiatives

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English
  • Comfortable working with people and building relationships in a hybrid (in-office and remote) setting
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, email tools, and standard computer systems
  • A positive, curious mindset and a strong desire to learn
  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or administrative roles is a plus—but not essential
  • An interest in technology and/or cybersecurity is welcomed
