  • GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Innovation & Healthcare Solution Manager (IHSM) in Onco-gynecology to join the Oncology team. GSK is a global leader in the biopharmaceutical sector, committed to driving innovation across four key areas, including oncology, where it aims to improve overall quality of life, maximize survival, and change the course of disease.

  • Liguria, Piemonte, Valle d'Aosta, Lombardia, Veneto, Friuli-Venezia-Giulia, Trentino-Alto-Adige.
  • In this role, you will:
  • Key accountabilities
  • Patient Journey Mapping to assess pain points impacting performance
  • Identify Pain Points and Opportunities: Analyze every stage of the patient journey to pinpoint pain points, unmet needs, and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Promote Precision Medicine: Foster a culture of precision medicine and biomarker expertise to assess treatment effectiveness and refine care strategies.
  • Train Sales Force on Biomarkers (in alignment with Med Affairs): Provide comprehensive training to the sales force, ensuring Product Specialists can effectively discuss biomarkers when engaging with both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
  • Medical and scientific information is out of scope in alignment with legislative degree 219.
  • Initiatives Management and Budget Allocation
  • Work collaboratively with Field Teams: Oversee activities, promote innovative solutions, and prioritize high-value initiatives to meet brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders: Work closely with Business Managers (BMs), Account Managers (AMs), and providers to align initiatives with strategic priorities.
  • Develop Quick Solutions: Create initiatives that provide quick, scalable solutions for major patient journey pain points.
  • Encourage Digital Channels: Promote digital channels in territorial plans and monitor their impact.

  • Previous experience in sales or marketing within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries
  • Knowledge of patient journey analysis
