Serioplast, a Global Leader in Rigid Plastic Packaging, is seeking a Senior Injection Molding Technologist to join its St. Louis plant in the United States. If you are ready to relocate to the U.S.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive injection molding expertise, especially PET preforms on high-cavitation molds.
• Solid knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical/electronic systems.
• Strong measuring techniques and adherence to WCM standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a reference point for Technologists and support the Technical Manager in prioritizing and resolving bottlenecks.
• Set up product recipes and ensure PLC parameters and regulations are applied.
• Perform mechanical/electronic adjustments and monitor production variables to meet specs.
• Investigate quality issues and troubleshoot effectively.
• Train and assist production staff in resolving technical problems affecting quality.
• Carry out electromechanical installation and setup of machines and equipment.
• Develop solutions by fabricating components to improve machine performance.
• Support continuous improvement projects and decisions on machines, molds, and processes.

Serioplast, a Global Leader in Rigid Plastic Packaging, is looking for a Senior Injection Molding Technologistto join its plant in St. Louis, Missouri, United States.

What will you do?

• Serve as a key point of reference for Technologists and support the Technical Manager in setting priorities, removing bottlenecks, and addressing critical issues.
• Set up product recipes, ensuring all required regulations and PLC parameters are correctly applied.
• Perform necessary mechanical and electronic adjustments and monitor production variables to ensure product specifications are met.
• Conduct investigations and troubleshooting to resolve quality issues.
• Train and support production staff in resolving minor technical problems affecting product quality.
• Carry out electromechanical installation and setup of machines and equipment (compressors, air conditioning systems, dryers, leak testers, cameras, palletizers, etc.).
• Develop solutions by fabricating mechanical or other components to address production or technical issues and improve machine performance.
• Support the Technical Manager in continuous improvement projects and in decisions regarding machines, equipment, molds, and processes.

What are we looking for?

• ExcellentknowledgeofplasticInjectionMoldingtechnology,with specific experience ininjection molding machines of PET preforms on high-cavitation molds (required).
• Excellentapplied knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical and/or electronic systems.
• Good applied knowledge of measuring instruments and techniques.
• Good applied knowledge of WCM standards.
• Solid experience working with industry specific technologies and productive processes.
• Fluency in English.
• Available to relocate to St. Louis, Missouri, United States.

• Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 gross annual salary. The job level and compensation will be determined based on objective criteria, including experience, skills, and role responsibilities.
