TE Connectivity Ltd. is seeking a Manufacturing & Process Technician to participate in all phases of the molding process, ensuring documentation, setup and continuous improvement across molding lines.

The role focuses on process definition, equipment setup, and supporting new projects within a manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in plastics processing (injection molding) in automotive contexts, with knowledge of major injection machines and strong problem-solving skills.

Competenze

• High school diploma required.
• Two-year technical degree in plastics or mechanical discipline preferred.
• At least 2 years’ experience with plastics processing (injection molding) in automotive industry.

Mansioni

• Maintain and update process documentation and work instructions.
• Obtain and input setup parameters for injection molding presses.
• Monitor and improve workstation ergonomics and cycle times.
• Define main workstation layouts and sub-elements.
• Assist and train operators on new tooling and molding machines.
• Support capacity studies, equipment ordering and staff training for new projects.
• Monitor OEE, scrap rate and line efficiency; lead improvement actions.
• Ensure adherence to engineering changes and new product introductions.
