Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Mechanical Design Engineer for Industrial Plants who aspires to join a dynamic team within the Design Department. The role involves working on a wide range of projects, including heavy and structural steelwork, precision mechanics, and equipment with electromechanical and hydraulic drives.

Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and implement innovative mechanical solutions.
2. Use CAD tools (2D and 3D) to prepare mechanical drawings and bill of materials.
3. Perform mechanical sizing calculations and thermofluid dynamic simulations.
4. Coordinate activities with internal and external groups, participating in construction, testing, and sometimes assembly and commissioning phases.

Candidate Profile

1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
2. At least two years of experience in an engineering company or mechanical design studio.
3. Proficiency in CAD tools (preferably Autodesk and/or Siemens NX).
4. Fluent in English communication.
5. Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary/multicultural teams.
6. Willingness to travel briefly within CEE and non-CEE countries.
7. Innovative spirit, curiosity, and ambition to learn and grow.

What the Company Offers

• Permanent contract.
• Gross annual salary between €40,000 and €50,000, depending on experience.
