Livoltek, a leading provider of solar energy solutions and a member of the Hexing Group, is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our Italian office. This role focuses on after-sales technical support for our range of inverters and battery storage solutions . We are looking for a professional with a solid background in installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of solar inverters and batteries.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide technical support to customers and partners for inverters and battery systems.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues related to installations.
  • Offer remote and on-site support to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  • Conduct training sessions for installers and partners on product usage and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve product quality and customer experience.
  • Maintain proper documentation of technical support cases and resolutions.

Requirements :

  • Hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of inverters and batteries.
  • Experience in working with installation companies is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of electrical and solar PV systems .
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals .
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and customer-oriented approach.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to train and support customers effectively.
  • Relevant technical qualification in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or a related field is preferred.
