Job description

Your missions

  • Coordinate pharmaceutical engineering projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring compliance with industry standards (GMP, FDA, etc.)
  • Supervise technical activities such as equipment installation, validation, and commissioning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quality, production, regulatory, and engineering
  • Track project timelines, budget, and resources, reporting progress to stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
  • Conduct technical analysis and problem solving related to process or equipment design
  • Support process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure proper documentation and technical reporting

Your profile

  • Experience in pharmaceutical process engineering/ project management (minimum 3–4 years)
  • Experience with engineering projects in the pharma sector
  • Knowledge of GMP regulations and pharmaceutical production environments
  • Experience with technical documentation, validation protocols, or CAPEX projects
  • Academic background: Degree in Chemical Engineering, CTF, or related disciplines
  • Fluent Italian and English.
  • You have an ability to prioritize, lead cross-functional teams and manage complexity under pressure
