Position

Artelia Italia is seeking a Building Manager for its Milan office. The candidate will join the real estate management team, overseeing coordination and monitoring of building maintenance and management services.

Main Responsibilities

1. Manage internal reports related to technical or logistical issues, forwarding them to appropriate suppliers.
2. Perform periodic environment inspections and complete verification checklists.
3. Open and monitor tickets on dedicated platforms.
4. Ensure compliance with contractual SLAs by suppliers and approve received quotes.
5. Supervise maintenance activities and certify completed interventions.
6. Update and control the Building File.
7. Monitor scheduled maintenance execution and services provided by suppliers.
8. Provide operational support during space moving and reorganization activities.
9. Manage non-conformities identified during internal audits, opening tickets or requesting quotes.
10. Coordinate communications with property owners and local districts.
11. Organize and supervise quarterly blackout tests and semiannual evacuation drills.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering / Architecture
• Registration with the professional register
• Excellent knowledge of Office Suite, especially Excel
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
