RINA is currently recruiting for an Infrastructure Design Verification Project Manager - Maternity Leave to join its office in Bari, Genoa or Milan, Italy within the Transport & Infrastructure Certification Division.

Mission

Inspection of the construction and design processes in the building and infrastructure sectors, managing teams responsible for delivering inspection services on time, within budget, and in accordance with the procedures and technical rules of the inspection body.

Key Accountabilities

• Coordinate external and internal professional teams.
• Perform inspections based on project documentation.
• Manage relationships with public and private clients.
• Plan and coordinate field assignments for project management activities.
• Oversee one or more projects or clients.
• Schedule workload of field personnel and ensure understanding of assignment requirements.
• Assist and evaluate field personnel performance.
• Ensure accurate data entry into RINA systems following procedures.
• Adhere to RINA Check Quality Management System and HSE policies.
• Maintain awareness of work quality and contribute to QMS improvements.
• Manage communication with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress and issues.
• Ensure services meet requirements and are delivered within cost and time targets.

Education

Master’s Degree in Engineering or Architecture.

Qualifications

Experience with stakeholders in the construction sector, preferably in:

• Inspection according to UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17020.
• Technical and administrative management from design to construction.
• Design and/or construction supervision.
• Registration in relevant professional registers.
• At least 1 year of experience.
