RINA is currently recruiting for an Infrastructure Design Verification Project Manager - Maternity Leave to join its office in Bari, Genoa or Milan, Italy within the Transport & Infrastructure Certification Division.

Mission

Inspection on the construction process and on design process in the constructions sector (buildings and infrastructures), managing teams responsible for delivering inspection services outputs on time, within budget, and in accordance with the inspection body procedures and technical rules.

RINA is also recruiting for a Project Manager - Infrastructure to join its offices in Genoa, Milan, Bari, or Rome, within the Inspection body Rina Check S.r.l., operating according to the standard UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17020.

Key Accountabilities

• Coordinating external and internal teams of professionals
• Carrying out inspections based on the project’s documentation
• Managing contacts and maintaining relationships with public and private clients
• Coordinating and planning field assignments for project management activities
• Managing one or more projects and clients
• Planning and scheduling workload of field personnel, ensuring assignment requirements are understood and met
• Assisting field personnel in executing their responsibilities
• Evaluating performance of field personnel
• Ensuring data entry into RINA systems is performed according to procedures
• Ensuring activities are executed in accordance with Rina Check Quality Management System
• Complying with HSE Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines
• Being aware of the quality of work and its impact on service delivery, contributing to QMS improvements
• Managing relationships with customers, suppliers, and field personnel
• Managing stakeholder relationships, keeping them informed of progress and issues
• Ensuring services meet requirements within cost and delivery targets

Education

Master’s Degree in Engineering or Architecture

Qualifications

Experience with stakeholders in the construction sector, in areas such as inspection, management from design to construction, design and/or supervision, registration in professional registers, with at least 1+ years of experience, is preferred.
