Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Pharmaceutical Sales Information Scientist (ISF) to join the Hematology/Oncology team on a fixed-term basis for the Puglia region, based in Milan. The ISF will provide medical-scientific information to healthcare professionals, support territory planning, and ensure compliant communications in line with company standards.

The role requires a degree in a relevant life sciences field, at least 1 year of ISF experience, strong scientific knowledge, and

Qualifications

• Degree in a life sciences field and eligible to work as an ISF in Italy.
• At least 1 year of experience as an Informator Scientifico del Farmaco (ISF) in pharma.
• Experience in Hematology and/or Oncology is a plus.
• Strong communication, planning and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical-scientific information to healthcare professionals.
• Develop and manage relationships with specialist interlocutors in the assigned area.
• Analyze territory, identify priorities and translate guidelines into an operational plan.
• Ensure compliant reporting and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
