Job Description:

We are looking for an Information Technology Security Engineer to manage and enhance our security infrastructure. Responsibilities include:

• Daily management of Microsoft Security components (Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Cloud, Defender for Identity, etc.)
• Conducting security checklists and analyzing security events, reports, alerts, and vulnerabilities, with proposals for improvements
• Deploying and tracking security tasks and tickets across services
• Contributing to identity & access management, including Conditional Access, MFA, and Privileged Identity Management
• Ensuring configurations and changes comply with policies and guidelines
• Monitoring developments within the Microsoft ecosystem from a security perspective
• Carrying out incident response and threat hunting activities
• Assessing events/incidents and proposing/implementing improvements
• Promoting security policies and advising other teams
• Maintaining security controls, documentation, and asset management

The ideal candidate will have cybersecurity certifications such as Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator, Microsoft Certified Cybersecurity Architect Expert, or Azure Security Engineer. Knowledge of security frameworks (Cyber fundamentals, NIST, CIS, ISO27001), and familiarity with technologies like Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Defender Suite, Azure, VMware, Fortinet, Cisco switching are required.
