Competenze

• Minimo 5 anni di esperienza nella gestione di progetti di implementazione software.
• Comprensione delle metodologie di distribuzione delle applicazioni aziendali con soluzioni PLM.
• Capacità di comunicazione scritta e verbale in italiano e inglese.

Mansioni

• Gestire progetti software dall'inizio alla chiusura, garantendo la consegna in tempo e nel budget.
• Comunicare regolarmente lo stato del progetto con le parti interessate chiave.
• Condurre riunioni del Comitato Direttivo per presentare lo stato del progetto.

Descrizione del lavoro

You will be a member of the Professional Services team at Trace One. You will be responsible for the successful execution and delivery of application maintenance services on Trace One’s manufacturing PLM solution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to drafting and finalization of statements of work for our customers.
• Lead software implementation projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Facilitate planning and execution of meetings, ensuring stakeholder attendance aligned with meeting goals.
• Regularly communicate project status to key stakeholders.
• Lead Steering Committee meetings to present project status at the executive level.
• Report project progress periodically, highlighting milestones, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Maintain control of project scope, budget, timeline, and profitability, and plan accordingly when risks of slippage arise.

Key skills and requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing software implementation projects.
• Thorough understanding of enterprise application deployment methodologies with PLM Solutions.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional departments and retrieve project status information.
• Ability to present project status at the executive level.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.
• Support Business Analyst in functional discussions for finalizing business requirements.
• Native Italian speaker and proficient in English, both written and verbal.
