Information System Analyst

The Digital Transformation and Technology function is responsible for driving the digital transformation of Sidel, supporting the implementation of new tools, processes, and automation of operational procedures. We are seeking an Information System Analyst who will collaborate with colleagues and consultants to develop and improve business operational procedures and enhance the performance of our IT systems within the Services Area, a key strategic focus for Sidel. The initial focus will be on maintaining and improving the SAP FSM (Field Service Management) tool, integrated with Sidel's ERP systems: SAP B1, SAP ECC, and SAP 4/Hana.

Your Mission

Maintaining Solutions

• Assist external service partners in resolving incidents by providing functional information about Sidel’s business processes and critical process integrations.
• Propose actions and solutions to enhance IT support through automation, simplification of tasks, and training initiatives.

Developing Solutions

• Participate as a team member in selected projects.
• Develop efficient and cost-effective solutions by documenting business and technical requirements, designing solutions, leading implementation teams, testing, and promoting solutions in production environments.
• Recommend improvements to operational business procedures.
• Communicate changes and provide training to key users and impacted stakeholders.
• Utilize appropriate tools and methodologies to track and report project progress against budgets and plans, ensuring proper project controls.

Your Profile

• Fluent in English.
• Ability to interact effectively with people, including external suppliers and service providers, working remotely across different countries and cultures.
• Structured approach to process analysis.
• Proficient in MS Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Interest in growing within the Information Technology field.
• Previous experience in developing and maintaining ERP systems is preferable but not mandatory.

The successful candidate is customer- and business-oriented, proactive, goal-driven, with a strong sense of personal initiative and good interpersonal skills. The IS Analyst should be analytical, fact-based, and capable of prioritization, clarity, and action orientation.
