We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled professional for the Information Security team at Allianz Bank Financial Advisors. As a key team member, you will play a vital role in supporting and enhancing Information Security (IS) processes with a particular focus on banking aspects. Your contributions will directly impact the company's security posture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Performance Monitoring: Track IS targets, group KPIs, and assess results of both group and local IS initiatives.
  2. Strategic Contribution: Participate in defining local IS initiatives and policies to enhance the company's security posture for employees, Financial Advisors, and IT assets.
  3. Project Coordination: Lead the local implementation of specific IS projects and initiatives.
  4. Reporting: Develop and present documentation for local top management and the group IS function for steering purposes.
  5. Stakeholder Management: Maintain relationships with internal control functions (e.g., Audit, Risk Management) and other key stakeholders.
  6. Project Evaluation: Assess and evaluate business projects from an IS perspective, including AI projects.
  7. Technical Collaboration: Act as a liaison between internal IT teams (e.g., architecture, software development) and external IT providers to address IS topics.
  8. Threat Management: Monitor and assess cyber threats and define proper countermeasures.
  9. Third Party Cyber Risk Management: Assess the security profile of vendors and external service providers to ensure compliance with company security requirements and DORA regulations.
  10. Information Security Incident Management: Coordinate incident management activities.
  11. Collaboration: Work with Protection & Resilience teams on DORA-related IS activities.
KEY REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
  1. Degree-level education in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or equivalent.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in Information Security and Cyber Security within international groups or major consulting firms, specifically in the banking industry.
  3. Knowledge of IS governance, IT risk management, resilience, regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, DORA), and audit procedures.
  4. Technical knowledge of security technologies (endpoint protection, WAF, etc.).
  5. Cybersecurity capabilities including incident management, vulnerability management, threat intelligence.
  6. Knowledge of main IS standards and frameworks (ISO27001, NIST, COBIT, etc.).
  7. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  8. Ability to work effectively in a team and interact with technical experts and executive stakeholders.
  9. Fluent written and spoken English and Italian skills.
  10. Knowledge of Identity Governance topics is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ISO27001, CEH, CSX, etc.
  • Experience as a project manager in security projects.
  • Knowledge of Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Crisis Management.
