Job description:

JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist, responsible for managing and executing influencer campaigns and activations, overseeing event dressing coordination, product seedings, event logistics and supplier administration, while ensuring rigorous performance tracking and insightful reporting to optimize influencer partnerships.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee show dressing guidelines with internal teams
  • Support on show dressing with orders and deliveries
  • Oversee organization of pre and post-show events with influencers
  • Oversee development of packaging for all influencer seedings
  • Oversee product orders for all influencer seedings
  • Support on influencer activations for the different product categories
  • Oversee the development of reports on the influencer activities
  • Oversee registration of current and new external suppliers
  • Support on the invoicing process of external partners
  • Support on identification of new profiles matching the brand DNA
  • Oversee product orders for all influencer seedings
  • Support on logistics for all influencer events
  • Support on new creative ideas for all influencer trips and experiences

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing or broader digital marketing roles.
Proven track record of developing, executing, and optimizing successful influencer marketing campaigns across various platforms.
Demonstrated experience in building campaign performance reports, analyzing KPIs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate campaign goals, results, and recommendations.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and maintain a high level of rigor in execution.
