Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, has an exceptional career opportunity, within the in-house Beauty Division, for a Global Influencer Marketing Manager based in the HQ in Milan.
This role reports to the Communication Director EMEA and supports building and executing the Regional Influencer Marketing strategy with a digital-first approach to increase brand awareness and visibility across the EMEA region.
The Manager will also lead the implementation of regional campaigns, working closely with local market teams to ensure seamless execution aligned with brand guidelines and KPIs.
The IM Manager will be part of the wider Communication Department, collaborating closely with the Global IM Team, EMEA Trade Marketing, and Paid Media teams, as well as Global Marketing and Corporate teams when needed.
The ideal candidate is a strategic, data-driven, and creative professional with excellent project management skills and a background in consumer marketing. Experience in the Luxury and/or Beauty industry and a strong grasp of EMEA regional market dynamics and youth/luxury culture are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Communication Director EMEA in developing and executing the regional influencer marketing strategy, focusing on key launches and brand moments, with a business-oriented and data-led approach.
- Define, manage, and track the regional influencer marketing budget, ensuring optimal ROI and alignment with business priorities.
- Collaborate with local market teams across the EMEA region to localize and implement the regional strategy, ensuring consistency and relevance across markets.
- Establish KPIs and track progress on influencer campaigns using martech tools, providing monthly reports and actionable insights.
- Manage and nurture relationships with EMEA-based influencers/KOLs, scouting new talents in line with brand positioning and target audience.
- Organise and oversee regional influencer activations, paid and unpaid, content creation, approval process and attendance at regional events.
- Act as the main point of contact for local markets, offering support and guidance on campaign execution, influencer selections, and regional adaptations.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Global Teams, Trade, Media, Marketing, etc.) to ensure 360° campaign alignment across all touchpoints.
- Lead the execution of regional influencer activations during key events (e.g., product launches, trade shows, seasonal campaigns), in collaboration with the broader EMEA team.
- Maintain and update tools for regional influencer activations, including calendars, seeding plans, briefing documents, and guidelines.
- Analyse and report on campaign results and influencer performance across EMEA, identifying best practices and learnings to inform future initiatives.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends in the influencer and luxury beauty space, providing regular insights to the team.
- Ensure a platform-specific approach to maximize share of influence (SOI) and share of voice (SOV) across the EMEA region.
Skills & Experience
- 5–6+ years of relevant influencer marketing and communications experience, preferably within luxury or beauty sectors.
- Proven track record working with influencers, ambassadors, MUAs, and celebrities within EMEA markets.
- Solid understanding of regional market dynamics and local influencer ecosystems within Europe, Middle East, and Africa.
- Experience using influencer management and performance tracking tools/platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functionally.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
- Strong analytical mindset, capable of turning data into insights and strategy.
- Creative, proactive, and passionate about innovation in influencer and digital marketing.
- Budget and supplier management experience.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); fluency in additional EMEA languages (especially Italian, French, or German) is a plus.
