Join us to apply for the Infermiere domiciliare (m / f) role at Medicasa Italia.

Medicasa Italia S.p.A., established in 1993, specializes in designing and delivering Home Assistance Services - ADI. With a widespread network across Italy through 15 Operations Centres and over 1,500 collaborators, the company's mission is "to take care and treat patients at home with expertise, ethics, and devotion," developing services aligned with patients' needs.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

  • Provide general nursing assistance in response to patients' health issues under Medicasa;
  • Offer preventive, curative, palliative, and rehabilitative nursing care that is technical, relational, and educational; educate patients on health matters; promote active participation in therapeutic decision-making;
  • Location: ASL Rome 2 District 5 and ASL Rome 5.

Responsibilities include :

  • Implement specific, autonomous, and complementary nursing interventions aligned with the PAI;
  • Ensure care activities are tailored to patients' age, gender, health conditions, physical/psychological fragility, and consider religious, ethnic, and linguistic specifics;
  • Provide therapeutic education to patients and caregivers;
  • Follow International Guidelines and Medicasa procedures;
  • Properly use and store materials and devices provided by Medicasa;
  • Identify and plan care objectives and monitor clinical outcomes;
  • Accurately maintain health and administrative documentation using the electronic Medical Record;
  • Participate in team meetings organized by the Central Operations;
  • Prepare periodic health reports and participate in meetings convened by the health area.
