Descrizione del lavoro

Job Description

The main objectives of this position are:

  1. Design, develop, and maintain Business Plans for assigned Partners.
  2. Create Account Plans for the assigned Partners.
  3. Cooperate with Group Channel to define the Account Plans for cross-industry Partners.
  4. Deploy Partner programs and pricing policies defined by the Group Channel Organization.
  5. Sign contracts with the assigned Partners and manage contractual issues.
  6. Involve industry-specific Partners to develop and manage end-user opportunities working with the KAM/SAM.
  7. Cooperate with Group Channel to align cross-industry Partners with opportunities within the industry.
  8. Work with Field Marketing to organize industry-specific events such as exhibitions, partner meetings, and roadshows.
  9. Collaborate with the Product Marketing Manager to implement training and product launches for Partners.
  10. Monitor Partners' performance (QBR, sales, service levels).
  11. Search and select new Partners.

Qualifications

Education: Master's Degree in Economics or Engineering.

Work Experience: 5+ years of seniority with extensive experience in the industry and in auto ID in the same role.
