CAREL is a global leader in control solutions for HVAC and industrial processes. We are seeking an Industrialization Engineer to drive product industrialization from R&D to production, coordinating with EU, USA, and China plants.

You will apply DFMA, PFMEA and Control Plans, design lines and test benches, and manage technology transfer with our worldwide manufacturing network. Strong Lean and CAD/PLM skills with English fluency are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automation Engineering.
• Experience as Manufacturing/Process/Industrialization Engineer in mechanical/precision sectors.
• Lean, Time & Motion, FMEA, and CAD/PLM knowledge.
• Strong English language skills.

Mansioni

• Lead NPI from DFMA feasibility, PFMEA, and Control Plans to Start of Production.

Would you like to bring one of CAREL’s most high-tech product lines — solenoid valves and precision components — into production on a global scale?

We are looking for an Industrialization Engineer to join the Operations team at CAREL HQ, reporting directly to the Group Production Engineering Manager. You will be the global point of reference for product industrialization: leading the journey from R&D design to production line go-live, in close coordination with our plants in the EU, USA, and China.

What You Will Do

• From Design to Production: Partner with R&D applying Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) methodologies and lead the New Product Introduction (NPI) process—from manufacturing feasibility analysis, PFMEA, and Control Plans, to pre-series and Start of Production.


• Lines & Testing: Design production line layouts, assembly cycles, and Time & Motion standards. Define technical specifications for test benches and automation systems (functional, leak, and pressure testing).


• Global Network & Suppliers: Drive technology transfer and continuous improvement across our global manufacturing plants. Manage scouting and procurement for advanced equipment and suppliers (presses, laser welding, brazing, and testing systems).

Who we are looking for:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering (or equivalent experience).


• Experience: Background as a Manufacturing, Process, or Industrialization Engineer within the mechanical, electromechanical, automotive, plant engineering, or precision assembly sectors.


• Key Skills: Familiarity with core methodologies such as Lean, Time & Motion, FMEA, and technical drawings (CAD/PLM). Strong command of the English language.


• A Plus: Experience in the valve or fluidics industry, or familiarity with processes like brazing, leak detection, laser welding, or industrial robotics.
