Une entreprise internationale reconnue, Leonardo, recherche un Spécialiste en Sécurité Industrielle pour renforcer les activités classifiées sur plusieurs sites. Le candidat sera responsable de la gestion de la documentation classifiée, du respect des réglementations de sécurité, et de la coordination pour les mouvements d'informations classifiées. Les compétences en matière de réglementation, d'organisation et de relations sont essentielles. Un bon niveau en anglais est requis.

Industrial Security Specialist for the Torino, Caselle Nord, and Caselle Sud locations

We are seeking to add a resource in the field of Industrial Security (ex DPCM 5/2015 and subsequent amendments) to enhance support for classified activities, including potential responsibilities as per the specific regulations, at the Torino, Caselle Nord, and Caselle Sud sites.

• Educational qualification: Diploma
• Experience level: Junior/Expert
• Technical skills: Knowledge of national/international regulations concerning the protection of classified information; previous professional experience with direct contacts with entities/companies in Italy and abroad, and internal organizational units.
• Language skills: Good written and spoken knowledge of English
• Computer skills: Office Suite
• Behavioral skills: The candidate should be discreet, capable of managing emergency situations, and making decisions to ensure successful activity outcomes. Reliability, precision, excellent relationship skills with institutional interlocutors, organizational abilities, and teamworking skills are essential.

Activities:

• Within security offices, perform assigned activities related to the handling and management of classified documents and materials.
• Manage the updating of accounting records for classified documents under their responsibility and the personnel authorization list.
• Prepare and issue internal normative documentation for the implementation of security and classified information protection provisions.

The activity takes place within the scope of industrial security (ex DPCM 5/2015 and subsequent amendments) at the Torino, Caselle Nord, and Caselle Sud sites, ensuring:

• The correct application of provisions regarding the protection and safeguarding of classified information.
• The management of security clearances for personnel at the respective site.
• The proper implementation of regulations for the national and international movement of classified materials and the organization of transports in coordination with other organizational units.
• Support for managing classified tenders, contracts, and programs, and compliance with DPCM 5/11/2015 as amended by DPCM n. 3/2017, PCM-ONS directives, and Leonardo's Internal Security Regulations.
