Industrial Security Specialist for Nerviano (MI), Venegono Superiore (VA), and Brescia

The role involves supporting classified activities in the field of Industrial Security (ex DPCM 5/2015 and subsequent amendments) at the Nerviano (MI), Venegono Superiore (VA), and Brescia sites. The goal is to enhance security measures, including potential responsibilities as per specific regulations.

• Education: Diploma
• Experience Level: Junior
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of national/international regulations regarding classified information; previous professional experience with direct contacts with entities/companies in Italy and abroad and internal organizational units.
• Language Skills: Good written and spoken English
• Computer Skills: Office Suite
• Behavioral Skills: Discreet, capable of managing emergency situations, decision-making skills, reliability, precision, excellent interpersonal skills, organizational and teamwork abilities.

Activities include:

Managing classified documents and materials within security offices, updating accounting records of classified documents and authorized personnel lists, preparing and issuing internal security and confidentiality documentation.

The activities are conducted within the framework of industrial security (ex DPCM 5/2015 and subsequent amendments) at the Nerviano (MI), Venegono Superiore (VA), and Brescia sites, ensuring:

• Proper application of regulations regarding the protection of classified information;
• Security clearances management for site personnel;
• Correct handling of national and international classified material movements and transportation organization in coordination with relevant units;
• Support for managing classified tenders, contracts, and programs, in accordance with DPCM 5/11/2015 and its amendments, PCM-ONS directives, and Leonardo's Internal Security Regulations.
