Industrial Security Specialist for the sites of Cascina Costa di Samarate (VA), Vergiate (VA), and Sesto Calende (VA), Cascina Costa

The role involves supporting classified activities in the field of Industrial Security (ex DPCM 5/2015 and subsequent amendments), potentially including responsibilities specified by the relevant norms, at the sites of Cascina Costa di Samarate (VA), Vergiate (VA), and Sesto Calende (VA).

• Educational qualification: diploma
• Experience level: junior
• Technical skills: knowledge of national/international regulations concerning the protection of classified information; previous professional experience with direct contacts with entities/companies in Italy and abroad, and company units.
• Language skills: good written and spoken knowledge of English
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office suite
• Behavioral skills: the candidate should be reserved, capable of managing emergency situations, making decisions for the successful completion of activities, reliable, precise, with excellent interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and teamworking skills.

Activities include:

• Performing assigned tasks related to the handling and management of classified documents and materials within security offices.
• Managing the update of accounting records for classified documents under their responsibility and the list of authorized personnel.
• Preparing and issuing internal normative documentation for the application of security and classified information protection regulations.

The activity is carried out within the scope of industrial security (ex DPCM 5/2015 and subsequent amendments) at the sites of Cascina Costa di Samarate (VA), Vergiate (VA), and Sesto Calende (VA), ensuring:

• Proper application of regulations concerning the protection and safeguarding of classified information.
• Management of security clearances for site personnel.
• Correct application of regulations for the national and international movement of classified materials and the organization of transports in coordination with other units.
• Support for the management of bids, contracts, and classified programs, in accordance with DPCM 5/11/2015 as amended by DPCM n. 3/2017, the new PCM-ONS directives, and Leonardo's Internal Security Regulation.
