A leading company in the aerospace sector, Thales Group is seeking an Industrial Response Team Member. This role focuses on managing bids with a strong emphasis on project management and risk analysis, ensuring client requirements are met effectively. The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering or economics and exhibit strong collaboration skills in a team setting.

Role: As part of the Industrial Response Team, you will be responsible for industrial responses included in bid packages during the bid process and official gates. The aim is to verify the industrial feasibility of meeting customer requests in terms of needs, dates, and configurations. You will organize and manage meetings with Domains and CCs to analyze critical paths, propose and verify mitigation actions, and ensure compliance with requirements. Risk analysis is a core component of this role.
School: Degree in Engineering or Economics
Technical skills: Project management and risk analysis
Tools Knowledge: PCM (Primavera Core Model), PRA (Primavera Risk Analysis), Excel, PowerPoint
English level: Fluent (speaking, reading, and writing)
Soft skills: Ability to work in a team, critical thinking, collaboration across departments, and a proactive mindset.
