Industrial Relations Specialist

We are hiring an Industrial Relations Specialist for our branches in Castel San Pietro Terme (BO) or Campogalliano (MO).

Your Responsibilities
  • Draft employment contracts, company regulations, and employment letters
  • Supervise recruitment document preparation and support negotiation of agreements
  • Draft dismissal letters, evaluate incentives, handle litigation and disciplinary proceedings
  • Interpret and apply contractual and legal employment regulations
  • Update companies on new legal regulations
  • Support remuneration policies and identify cost-saving incentives
  • Participate in and support trade union meetings
  • Assist in procurement activities, including cost analysis and legal risk assessment, and manage contract changes
Candidate Profile
  • Degree in Law or a Master’s in Corporate Legal/Business Law
  • Professional qualification in legal practice
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Willing to travel across northern Italy
