What You'll Do

Lead industrial relations strategies that balance innovation with compliance

Build and nurture key stakeholder relationships
Champion change management initiatives
Contribute to talent development and succession planning

Your Profile

Law degree
Professional experience in an HR role with focus on Industrial Relations topics
Proven track record in labor relations management
Strong stakeholder management skills
Digital fluency and comfort with new technologies
Excellent communication skills in English and Italian
