The candidate will be part of the Total Quality team within the textile industrial context and will directly coordinate the following teams:
- Quality Control, with the objective of verifying the conformity of fabrics with customer requirements;
- Product Quality Team, with the objective of processing non-conformities along all the quality control points of the process;
- Quality and Process Testing Team, with the objective of performing technical measurements and process analyses in dedicated Q-Hubs.
Job responsibilities
- Acts as a point of reference for problem-solving analyses concerning process deviations and for defining corrective action plans, ensuring their implementation and effectiveness to prevent criticalities;
- Supports the Operations team in conducting process analyses;
- Performs statistical studies on the production process when necessary;
- Assists in drafting and streamlining Management or Technical Operating Procedures and Instructions related to the Quality area;
- Promotes corrective, preventive, and improvement actions related to process control activities in collaboration with the Production, Product Development, and Industrialization Teams;
- Develops and refines Quality performance indicators.
Profile
- Degree in Management Engineering or equivalent;
- 5-7 years of experience in a Quality role;
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI; familiarity with Minitab is a plus;
- Strong knowledge of statistical techniques (descriptive statistics, Process Capability, ANOVA), SPC Statistical Process Control Techniques, and Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) methodologies;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Goal-oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
