A leading textile company in Piemonte is seeking a Quality Coordinator to strengthen their Total Quality team. The role requires expertise in statistical techniques and substantial experience in Quality roles. Candidates must have a degree in Management Engineering and communication skills in English. This position is aimed at enhancing process control and ensuring product quality through effective analyses and team coordination.

Competenze

• 5-7 years of experience in a Quality role.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI; Minitab is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of Statistical Techniques.

Overview

The candidate will be part of the Total Quality team, within the textile industrial context and will directly coordinate the following teams :

• Quality Control with the objective of verifying the conformity of fabrics with customer requirements;
• Product Quality Team with the objective of processing non-conformities along all the quality control points of the process;
• Quality and Process Testing Team with the objective of performing technical measurements and process analyses in dedicated Q-Hubs.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a point of reference for Problem Solving analyses concerning process deviations and for the consequent definition of corrective action plans, the implementation and effectiveness of which it ensures, with the aim of preventing criticalities;
• Supports the Operations team in carrying out process analyses;
• Carries out statistical studies on the production process where necessary;
• Provides support in drafting and streamlining Management or Technical Operating Procedures and Instructions relating to the Quality area;
• Promotes corrective, preventive and improvement actions related to process control activities in collaboration with the Production, Product Development and Industrialization Teams;
• Develops and refines Quality performance indicators.

Profile

• Degree in Management Engineering or equivalent education;
• Experience of 5-7 years in a Quality role;
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI, Minitab is a plus;
• Excellent knowledge of the main Statistical Techniques (descriptive statistics analysis, Process Capability, ANOVA), SPC Statistical Process Control Techniques and Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) methodologies;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Ability to work for objectives and problem-solving attitude;
• Professional English knowledge.
