Job summary

Alstom in Italy's Tuscany region is seeking an Industrial Quality Engineer to support the Quality Manager, manage NCRs, and participate in customer inspections and self-inspection programs across manufacturing lines.

You will qualify manufacturing teams, manage workstation checklists, conduct workstations audits, and contribute to root cause analysis to improve KPIs, with a salary range of €34,400–€45,900 and CCNL Metalmeccanico.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read drawings / specifications and familiar with a variety of test equipment.
• Special Process Qualification minimum at Level 2 according to Quality Academy criteria.

Responsibilities

• Support Industrial Quality Manager in her / his scope.
• Manage Internal NCR: Support interfunctional team to complete characterization until closure using Problem Solving methodology (e.g. QRQC).
• Participate in Customer Inspections.
• Qualify manufacturing teams regarding the Self-Inspection.
• Manage Workstation Dynamic Checklists (Self-Inspection & Workstation Inspection).
• Perform Workstation Audit & Follow-up.

We are looking for the Industrial Quality Engineer.

Main responsability:

• Support Industrial Quality Manager in her / his scope
• Manage Internal NCR: Support interfunctional team to complete characterization until closure using Problem Solving methodology (e.g. QRQC)
• Participate in Customer Inspections
• Qualify manufacturing teams regarding the Self-Inspection
• Manage Workstation Dynamic Checklists (Self-Inspection & Workstation Inspection)
• Perform Workstation Audit & Follow-up

Perform or participate to inspections of products when required.

Support Industrial activity on Root Cause Analysis and REX session in order to reduce KPIs and achieve the defined target:

• CONQ (Cost Of Non Quality)

Educational Requirements

• Must be able to read drawings / specifications and familiar with a variety of test equipment
• Special Process Qualification minimum at Level 2 according to Quality Academy criteria’s

Experience

• 2+ years quality inspection experience within manufacturing industry including using of digital tools
