Proficiency in SAP and MS Office is required, and fluency in English and Italian is essential.

Overview

Industrial Project Manager – Berluti, part of the LVMH Group. Located in Ferrara, Italy. Permanent position with full-time work mode. Required experience: minimum 5-6 years in project management or an operational role within an industrial context.

Responsibilities

• Realization of global retroplanning for each season and guarantee the proper scheduling of industrialization, prebuys, production, and launches.


• Coordinate and lead weekly follow-up meetings with all involved functions in HQ and Manifattura to ensure on-time market delivery and target volumes.


• Manage planning and follow-up of main company projects such as the three-year plan, annual roadmap, budget definition, and transformation projects.


• Plan key project steps and ensure their completion as scheduled.


• Organize and coordinate related periodic progress meetings.


• Communicate project progress and results to the Leather Industrial Director and the Board of Directors.


• Ensure the consistency and timing of related company presentations.

Profile / Qualifications

• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in Project Management or an operational field in an industrial context.


• Experience in luxury/fashion is a plus.


• Master’s degree in economics or engineering, or equivalent experience in the operations field.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional environment.


• Detail-oriented, highly organized, proactive and agile.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.


• Cooperative with strong teamwork and solid communication skills.


• Advanced proficiency in SAP and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).


• Fluent in English and Italian; knowledge of French is a plus.
