Arizona Department of Corrections Rehabilitation and Reentry (ADCRR) is seeking an Industrial Program Specialist to supervise workforce participants and community work crews at ADCRR sites, ensuring safety, security and efficient production in a manufacturing environment.

You will oversee production activities, coordinate with regional managers, provide coaching, and assist participants in obtaining credentials and post-release employment. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

• Maintain safety and security of participants through site, vehicle, pat-down and strip searches.
• Conduct continuous observations, accountability headcounts and performance evaluations.

Job summary

Job duties

Selective preference

• commercial driver’s license (cdl) with passenger endorsement.
• minimum two years of experience as a correctional officer or in correctional services.

Pre‑employment requirements

• pass a background investigation and drug test.
• obtain a valid cdl with passenger endorsement within 90 days if required.
• complete required driver‑license record checks and training.
• pass a tuberculosis (tb) test during orientation and annually thereafter.
