A global transport solutions provider is seeking a Serial Production Controller in Savigliano, responsible for managing operational planning within the supply chain. The role requires coordinating various functions to achieve quality, cost, and delivery performance on projects. Successful candidates will ensure the execution of production plans, monitor milestones, and optimize processes. As a Serial Production controller you will be in charge in Supply Chain department managing the operational planning of given project, shaping the project itself on the needs of the production

Purpose of the Job

Coordinate all functions in order to achieve QCD performance on a given project. Interfaces with Project on program changes and modifications.

Animate all necessary meetings to ensure correct execution of programs.

Participate in MPS monthly meeting to elevate issues requiring top management decision/actions.

Responsibilities

• Ensures correct execution of MPS, identifies variations in progress of production and initiates action plans necessary to respect commitments.
• Monitors achievement of all production milestones planned in Budget.
• Coordinates availability of inputs regarding capacity & resources & parts so as to ensure that the SOP/MPS process results in the validation of feasible programs in line with Project requirements.
• Ensure that optimized processes are deployed in order to reduce WIP.
• Contractual deliveries on time.
• Milestones on time.
• Correct execution of MPS.
• WIP optimization.
