Job Description:

Our client, a multinational leader in Aerospace and Defense, and a major Italian industrial entity, has tasked us with recruiting for a position at their headquarters near London (UK).

Industrial Physical Security - Facility Management

Objective: Ensure the physical security of industrial structures, including buildings, facilities, equipment, and personnel, by implementing and maintaining a robust physical security system aligned with FSC standards and regulations for managing classified structures.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement physical security policies, procedures, and standards for industrial structures, in compliance with FSC standards and classified structure management regulations.
  2. Supervise and coordinate the physical security team, including security guards, access control personnel, and surveillance operators.
  3. Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify and mitigate physical security threats.
  4. Manage security incidents and breaches.
  5. Implement and maintain physical security controls such as access control systems, video surveillance, alarm systems, and fencing.
  6. Ensure compliance with applicable security standards and regulations, including FSC standards and classified structure management regulations.
  7. Provide physical security training and awareness to staff.

Additional Tasks:

  1. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of physical security systems.
  2. Manage access to facilities, including badge issuance, authorization verification, and monitoring entries/exits.
  3. Perform regular security inspections to verify control effectiveness and identify vulnerabilities.
  4. Investigate security incidents and implement corrective measures.
  5. Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency agencies when necessary.
  6. Ensure the security of the transportation of sensitive materials.
  7. Prepare reports and presentations on physical security status.

Requirements:

  1. Degree: Bachelor's degree.
  2. Experience: Minimum 3 years.
  3. Technical Knowledge:
  • Experience defining physical security requirements for classified information and materials.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulations related to the Protection of Classified Information (DPCM 5/2015 and subsequent amendments).
  • Solid understanding of PCM-ANS 6/2006 directives.
  • Knowledge of management processes for classified materials and documentation.
  • Ability to gather information (reporting) and prepare documentation.

Language Skills: English C1 level

IT Skills: Microsoft Office Suite

Other: Willingness to travel, relevant certifications.
