Job summary

Fidia Farmaceutici seeks an Automation Specialist to support the HQ Automation Department at the Paderno Dugnano Plant. You will work on PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems, manage OT infrastructure, and supervise projects from URS to IOPQ.

The role requires a technical diploma (electronics/automation), 5+ years in automation, and strong English. Permanent contract with a salary range of 40,600€–50,000€ and welfare benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing PLC and SCADA systems in manufacturing.
• Strong proficiency in PLC programming languages and architecture.
• Solid knowledge of SCADA development and supervisory platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support PLC, HMI, and SCADA management.
• Manage OT infrastructure for SCADA/PLC networks.
• Diagnose automation faults with vendor support and coordinate with engineers.
• Supervise projects from URS drafting to installation supervision.
• Coordinate automation network connections and access policies.
