We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our manufacturing operations. As Plant Director, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth and overseeing the daily functions of our facility.

The successful candidate will possess a unique blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and leadership skills. You will be responsible for managing a diverse range of functions, including production, engineering, quality control, and logistics.

To achieve this goal, we require someone with exceptional communication skills who can effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and external partners. This includes building strong relationships with government agencies, chambers of commerce, and public institutions.

A key aspect of this role is your ability to allocate resources (financial, human, technological) to meet business objectives. You will need to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to drive change management, optimize output, and reduce costs.

You will also be responsible for supervising department heads, ensuring cohesive operations, and monitoring production systems to maintain compliance with cGMP, HSE, and environmental regulations.

In addition to your operational responsibilities, you will provide strategic direction to the Sales Department, define sales operations, and oversee negotiations with vendors and partners. Ultimately, your goal will be to achieve revenue targets while adhering to budget constraints.

Your success will depend on your ability to lead by example, motivate teams, and foster a culture of excellence and accountability. If you possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related industrial discipline, and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role within pharmaceutical or sterile manufacturing, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
