Maintain the design intent and integrity of products assembled in production areas.

Key Responsibilities

Expert in various areas of production and manufacturing processes within a structured environment, including process design, ergonomics, capacity, simulation tools, investment, cost analysis, performance, Pfmea, Cyber Security, etc.

Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What will you do?

• Implement process and workstation adaptations for existing products to improve industrial performance across manual, automatic, and PLC processes using SPS techniques and tools.
• Contribute to specifications and quotations for new line architectures and industrial scenarios to meet safety, quality, lead times, and productivity goals.
• Participate in SIM2 analyses and address barriers promptly.
• Manage capacity versus workload using tools like iQ simulation, CAMA, and ERP for both internal and external lines.
• Optimize lead times and ensure line capacity.
• Support development of new, feasible, and producible products.
• Assess the feasibility and profitability of investments based on needs.
• Qualify means and processes at both plant and supplier locations.
• Lead ramp-up of new productions.
• Act as a key user for digital manufacturing tools (MES, WMS, IIoT, etc.) and drive digital transformation.
• Ensure OT cybersecurity within the plant, managing activities to enhance cyber resilience and protect the OT network.
