INDUSTRIAL MANAGER

For our client, a multinational company specializing in the production of cables and systems for energy and data transmission, we are looking for a

INDUSTRIAL MANAGER

The candidate is responsible for leading, managing, and coordinating manufacturing activities including kitting and scheduling in compliance with quality, quantity, productivity, safety, and environmental rules and internal regulations, optimizing the efficiency/productivity and safety of the teams under his responsibility.

Main Responsibilities:

HSE

• Guarantees the safety and health of its employees and ensures staff training.
• Carries out a risk analysis and describes the operations to be carried out.

Production Management

• Manages the site production plan and ensures the adequacy of resources.

Process Definition and Manufacturing Assistance

• Participates in the definition of production start-up procedures and validations in relation to manufacturing.
• Defines the tool management policy and pilots the improvement of the manufacturing process and assistance with product development.
• Studies the adaptations of equipment and processes necessary for production.

Specification of New Equipment

• Establishes the specification of new manufacturing equipment.
• Attends technical meetings with suppliers and participates in the selection of solutions and service providers.
• Ensures the start-up and technical acceptance of new equipment.

Maintenance of Production Equipment

• Ensures the completion of troubleshooting of production equipment while respecting the priorities defined with the Supply Chain.
• Monitors the supply and management of spare parts stock.
• Ensures that preventive maintenance operations are carried out correctly.
• Performs analyses on repetitive breakdowns and implements actions aimed at eliminating or reducing their occurrence.
• Monitors the maintenance expenditure budget and implements actions to optimize it.

Performance Management

• Defines and manages an action plan and a schedule to achieve performance objectives (production and financial).

Continuous Improvement

• Conducts analysis and resolution of complex problems (Kaizen, 6 Sigma) with his teams or in a targeted improvement group.

Job Skills and Requirements:

• Technical Degree or equivalent.
• Solid experience in the role in a structured industrial context.
• Fluent English and international working experience.
• Strong orientation towards quality and continuous improvement.
• Strong ability in decision-making and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills, leadership, and people management.
