Overview

Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Location: 1200 Anderson Corner Rd, Parma, ID 83660 United States

Schedule: Mon-Fri 7AM-3.30PM

Pay rate: $30/hr on W2

Description

Summary of role: 100% onsite. Additional medical exams are required along with drug screening. No online assessment required for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for all departments on site by performing technical duties throughout the facility in order to ensure safe and reliable equipment, installations and buildings.
• Provide support in areas outside of normal duties as needed, i.e.: Project Management, third party contractors.
• Provide support to the departments by the installation of new equipment by following the QHSE guidelines.
• Provide first line technical support for failures or breakdowns. Work together with the department for technical innovative solutions.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to complete work orders efficiently.
• Perform electrical and plumbing maintenance including but not limited to replacement or repair of fixtures.
• Perform mechanical maintenance including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and troubleshooting of production machines.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines and on production equipment.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals to perform required maintenance and service.
• Respond to emergency situations during and after hours for the purpose of resolving immediate concerns.

The Candidate Must Have

• 3 to 5 years maintenance experience
• Experience with Reliability Centered Maintenance strategies and methodologies
• Experience in maintaining and repairing Buildings, Industrial Equipment, and Infrastructure
• Experience in General Industry Safety requirements
• Experience utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Demonstrated competency utilizing computer programs: Excel, Power Point, Word, One Note.
